- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
Mascarpone Filling:

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coffee Soaking Mixture:
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare Brownie Layer: Combine brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water in a large bowl. Pour half the batter into the pan.
- Make Mascarpone Filling: Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, flour, and vanilla until smooth.
- Prepare Coffee Soaking Mixture: Mix coffee with coffee liqueur.
- Layer and Bake: Brush half of the coffee mixture over the brownie, add mascarpone filling, top with remaining brownie batter, swirl, and brush with remaining coffee. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool and Chill: Cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Final Touch: Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
