  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Sauce:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk

Layers:

  • 3 cups frozen sliced potatoes or 3 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned. Season with Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix Sauce: Whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
