Sauce:
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
Layers:
- 3 cups frozen sliced potatoes or 3 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned. Season with Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix Sauce: Whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
- Layer: In the baking dish, layer potatoes, beef mixture, vegetables, soup, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes until bubbly. Let rest before serving.
