Pizza Base
- 1 Pizza Dough recipe (enough for one 12-inch pizza)
- Drizzle of olive oil

- Fresh spinach (about 1 to 1.5 cups, as desired)
- Strawberries (sliced, about 1 cup)
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the dough. Follow your pizza dough recipe instructions to prepare the dough. Once ready, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Par-bake the crust. Lightly grease a pizza pan, then pat the dough evenly into it. Drizzle the dough surface with olive oil to help achieve a golden crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to par-bake the crust.
- Add toppings. Remove the par-baked crust from the oven. Layer fresh spinach and sliced strawberries evenly over the crust. Then sprinkle the cooked, crumbled bacon and crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle flavors. Lightly drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey over all the toppings to infuse a sweet and tangy glaze during baking.
- Final bake. Return the assembled pizza to the oven and bake for another 15 to 17 minutes, or until the pizza edges are golden and toppings are warmed through.
