  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)

For the Lemonade:

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest


Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, honey, water, and lemon zest. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Fill the Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks.
  4. Freeze: Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Release and Serve: To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull the popsicles out. Serve immediately and enjoy!
