These refreshing Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. Made with fresh strawberries, zesty lemon juice, and a touch of honey, they are a delightful frozen treat that’s both sweet and tangy.

For the Strawberry Blend:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
For the Lemonade:
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, honey, water, and lemon zest. Blend until completely smooth.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill the Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks.
- Freeze: Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Release and Serve: To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull the popsicles out. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use frozen strawberries if fresh aren’t available—just thaw them slightly before blending.
- For a layered look, blend strawberries separately and pour in stages with lemonade.
- Popsicles keep well in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
