- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

- Add Cold Water and Cool: Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and let the mixture cool to room temperature, approximately 10–15 minutes.
- Fold in Cool Whip: Once the gelatin mixture has cooled, gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully combined and smooth, creating a light and creamy filling.
- Add Strawberries: Stir in the chopped fresh strawberries evenly throughout the mixture.
- Assemble Pie: Pour the strawberry-Cool Whip filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula for an even surface.
- Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set and firm to the touch.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish the pie with additional whole strawberries or extra whipped topping if desired for a decorative touch.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, use strawberry-flavored Cool Whip if available or add a few drops of natural strawberry extract.
- Frozen strawberries can be used; just thaw and drain them well before mixing to avoid excess moisture.
