Crescent Roll Dough:

1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough,

Eggs Mixture:

4 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper,

Sausage Filling:

1/2 pound breakfast sausage (crumbled and cooked), 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon butter (for scrambling), chopped chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scramble Eggs: Heat butter in a nonstick skillet, pour in the egg mixture, and cook until soft scrambled. Set aside.
  4. Assemble Roll-Ups: Unroll crescent dough, place a spoonful of eggs, sausage, and cheese on each triangle. Roll up the triangles and arrange on the baking sheet.
