- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Churn the Mixture: Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn for 20–25 minutes, adding the chopped peanut butter cups in the last 2 minutes.
- Freeze the Yogurt: Transfer the frozen yogurt to a container, freeze for at least 2 hours, then let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
