Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Prepare wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Combine ingredients: Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir until combined, fold in apples and raisins.
- Bake: Pour mixture into baking dish, spread evenly, bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and set.
