- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook beef and onion: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute, then drain excess fat.
