Frozen Cheese Ravioli:
- 1 bag (25 oz)
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
Cheese Mixture:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Other:
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Add garlic, then marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: Mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Layer: Spread meat sauce in dish. Layer ravioli, cheese mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella; repeat. Top with Parmesan.
- Bake: Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 15–20 minutes more until golden. Rest before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground sausage or mix beef and sausage for added flavor.
