Frozen Cheese Ravioli:

  • 1 bag (25 oz)

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Other:

  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Add garlic, then marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare Cheese Mixture: Mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Layer: Spread meat sauce in dish. Layer ravioli, cheese mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella; repeat. Top with Parmesan.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 15–20 minutes more until golden. Rest before serving.

Notes
