Main Ingredients:
- 2 cans (5 oz each) wild-caught tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine Tuna and Dressing: In a medium bowl, mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
- Add Vegetables and Eggs: Stir in celery, red onion, and hard-boiled egg.
- Season and Chill: Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve: Enjoy on toast, lettuce wraps, or with crackers.
