Description

A refreshing Mango Mojito cocktail blending the tropical sweetness of mango nectar with fresh mint, lime juice, and light rum. Perfectly balanced with club soda for a fizzy finish, this quick and easy drink is ideal for summer relaxation or festive gatherings.

  • 2 teaspoons Superfine sugar
  • 12 Mint leaves
  • 1 ounce Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 ounces Light rum
  • 2 ounces Mango nectar
  • 2 ounces Club soda


Instructions

  1. Muddle Sugar, Mint and Lime: Add the sugar, mint leaves and freshly squeezed lime juice to the bottom of a highball glass. Gently muddle the ingredients together to release the essential oils from the mint leaves, enhancing the aroma and flavor.
  2. Add Ice, Rum and Mango Nectar: Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the light rum and mango nectar. Stir thoroughly to blend the ingredients evenly and chill the drink.
  3. Top with Club Soda: Finish by topping the glass with club soda. Stir gently once more to mix, then serve immediately for the best refreshing experience.
