Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla or anise extract.
