  • 1/2 cup cold water

For the shortcake crumble topping:

  • 10 golden Oreos
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix crushed golden Oreos with melted butter. Press into a 9×9-inch dish and freeze.
  2. Cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream until stiff, then fold into cream cheese. Spread over crust and chill.
