Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in milk, lime juice, lime zest, and tequila (if using).
