  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or drizzle, for baking
