- 4 cups cold water

Instructions
- Prepare the Peach Mixture: In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, and honey or granulated sugar. Blend thoroughly until smooth and the mixture is well combined.
- Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended peach-lemon mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp and achieve a smoother texture, if desired.
- Combine with Water: Add cold water to the pitcher and stir well to combine with the peach-lemon concentrate. Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or sugar if needed.
- Chill the Lemonade: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the drink cool down.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour over the chilled peach lemonade. Garnish each glass with lemon slices, peach slices, and a sprig of mint if desired for a fresh, attractive presentation.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace half the cold water with chilled sparkling water or club soda just before serving to add some fizz.
