- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook ground beef: Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Prepare dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
