- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for extra texture)

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan and freeze.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, hot chocolate mix, vanilla, milk, and salt. Mix well.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Combine: Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips (if using). Pour over crust and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Serve: Let sit at room temperature before slicing. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
