Ingredients
Scale
Fudge Base
- 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup sugar cookie mix (dry)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- optional ½ teaspoon almond extract for classic cookie flavor
Toppings
- ¼ cup rainbow or holiday sprinkles (plus more for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to easily lift out the fudge later.
- Melt the chocolate mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the white chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Add flavorings and mix-ins: Remove the saucepan from heat. Quickly stir in the dry sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, salt, and almond extract if using. Fold in the sprinkles gently until just combined.
- Transfer to pan and add toppings: Pour the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spread it out smoothly, then sprinkle additional sprinkles on top, gently pressing them into the surface for decoration.
- Chill to set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 to 3 hours or until firm enough to cut.
- Cut and serve: Once set, carefully lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into 25 small squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use festive sprinkles to customize the fudge for different holidays or occasions.
- For a firmer texture, increase the sugar cookie mix to ¾ cup.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week to maintain freshness.
