Description

This Easy Sugar Cookie Fudge is a delightful no-bake treat featuring creamy white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and festive sugar cookie mix. Perfect for holiday celebrations or any time you crave a quick and crowd-pleasing dessert, this fudge combines the classic flavors of sugar cookies with a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture, enhanced by colorful sprinkles for a fun, seasonal touch.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup sugar cookie mix (dry)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • optional ½ teaspoon almond extract for classic cookie flavor

Toppings

  • ¼ cup rainbow or holiday sprinkles (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to easily lift out the fudge later.
  2. Melt the chocolate mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the white chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  3. Add flavorings and mix-ins: Remove the saucepan from heat. Quickly stir in the dry sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, salt, and almond extract if using. Fold in the sprinkles gently until just combined.
  4. Transfer to pan and add toppings: Pour the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spread it out smoothly, then sprinkle additional sprinkles on top, gently pressing them into the surface for decoration.
  5. Chill to set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 to 3 hours or until firm enough to cut.
  6. Cut and serve: Once set, carefully lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into 25 small squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use festive sprinkles to customize the fudge for different holidays or occasions.
  • For a firmer texture, increase the sugar cookie mix to ¾ cup.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week to maintain freshness.
