- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the chickpeas, tahini, pumpkin purée, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and kosher salt into a food processor.
- Blend Until Smooth: Process all the ingredients together for about one minute until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed to ensure even blending.
- Store and Chill: Transfer the pumpkin hummus into an airtight container with a lid and refrigerate. Allow it to chill before serving to let the flavors meld.
