Description

A refreshing and vibrant Cranberry Pineapple Festive Punch that’s perfect for holiday gatherings and celebrations. This non-alcoholic drink combines tart cranberry juice with sweet pineapple and orange juices, enhanced by fresh lime juice and a touch of simple syrup for balanced sweetness. Chilled ginger ale adds a fizzy finish, while fresh cranberries and citrus slices provide a festive garnish.

Ingredients

Scale

Juices and Syrups

  • 3 cups cranberry juice (100% juice)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)

Carbonated Beverage

  • 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda (chilled)

Garnishes and Extras

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • 1 orange (sliced)
  • 1 lime (sliced)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix the Juices: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to ensure all flavors are fully incorporated.
  2. Add Ice: Add ice cubes to the mixture and stir again to chill the punch thoroughly without diluting it too quickly.
  3. Incorporate the Ginger Ale: Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda and stir carefully to retain the carbonation.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish the punch with fresh cranberries, orange slices, and lime slices. Serve immediately in glasses filled with ice to keep the drink cool and refreshing.

Notes

  • For an alcoholic version, add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of vodka or rum to the punch.
  • To make a frozen punch, blend the juice base with ice until smooth.
  • Prepare the juice base a day ahead and refrigerate; add the ginger ale just before serving to keep the fizz intact.
