Description

This Cinnamon Brie Apple Grilled Cheese is a gourmet twist on a classic sandwich, featuring the perfect combination of sweet and savory flavors. Bread:

  • 4 slices sourdough or brioche bread

Cheese:

  • 4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced (rind optional)

Apple:

  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Fuji preferred)

Additional:

  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sandwich: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer sliced Brie, apple slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey if using. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
