Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or olive oil.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
- Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into 1 to 1 ½-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
