Description

These Cheesy Spinach-Artichoke Bagels are a delightful twist on a classic appetizer. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, they make for a perfect snack or party dish.

  • 4 plain bagels (halved)
  • 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained well)
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts (chopped)

Cheese Mixture:

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings:

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add spinach, artichokes, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Assemble: Place bagel halves on the baking sheet, spread the mixture evenly over each half.
