- 4 plain bagels (halved)
- 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained well)
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts (chopped)
Cheese Mixture:
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings:
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add spinach, artichokes, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Assemble: Place bagel halves on the baking sheet, spread the mixture evenly over each half.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Broil for extra browning if desired.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
