Dough:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Garlic Butter Mixture:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Cheese Filling:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Additional:
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Fill and roll: Brush each dough triangle with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Roll up from wide end to tip.
- Bake: Place rollups on baking sheet, bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Finish: Brush with remaining garlic butter, sprinkle parsley, and serve warm with marinara sauce.

- For an extra cheesy twist, add a small cube of mozzarella in the center before rolling.
