Description

Dough:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Garlic Butter Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cheese Filling:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Additional:

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  4. Fill and roll: Brush each dough triangle with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Roll up from wide end to tip.
  5. Bake: Place rollups on baking sheet, bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
