Description

This Cheesy Beef Pasta Bake is a comforting and satisfying dish that the whole family will love. It’s a delicious combination of tender pasta, flavorful ground beef, and three types of cheese, baked to perfection.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Prepare the beef mixture: Cook onions, garlic, and beef. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add marinara sauce and simmer.
  4. Combine and bake: Mix cooked pasta with beef mixture, place in a baking dish, top with cheeses, and bake until bubbly.
  5. Serve: Let it rest before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
