Description

These Cheeseburger Sliders are perfect for parties, game day, or a fun family dinner. Baked to perfection, these mini burgers are loaded with savory beef, cheese, pickles, and a tangy sauce, all nestled in soft slider buns.

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (halved)
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices

For the sauce:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

For garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Add onions, simmer, then remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the sliders: Place bun bottoms in a baking dish. Top with beef mixture, pickles, and cheese. Spread sauce on bun tops. Cover with tops, brush with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds.
  4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
