- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil spray.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine quinoa, broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture into each mini muffin cup, pressing down slightly.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and set. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
