Linguine:

Medium Shrimp (peeled and deveined):

Olive Oil:

Mayonnaise:
1/2 cup
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce:
1/4 cup
Sriracha:
2 tablespoons (adjust to heat preference)
Honey:
2 tablespoons
Lime Juice:
juice of 1/2 lime
Green Onions:
2 tablespoons, plus more for garnish
Parsley:
1 tablespoon, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Prepare linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook the shrimp: Season shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Combine and serve: Reduce heat to low, add cooked pasta to the skillet, pour the sauce over the top, and toss everything together until coated and heated through. Garnish with green onions and parsley before serving.
